Building

Construction on the project began in 2010 on a 8108 m2 plot of land and was completed in 2013. With a total covered area of 45,000 m2, the project comprises 69 offices and 22 street-level shops. The shops have been retained within the company and leased to select brands, while office sales have been concluded.
