The project, consisting of 73 offices and shops with a total construction area of 28,000 square meters, located in Çankaya district's Kızılırmak Neighborhood, parcel number 27462, was tendered by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in 2015. It was completed and delivered in 2017.
