Ibrahim Usta, while describing the "1071 Ankara" project, expressed that this project is not just a thing of the past, but also profitable for the present. The "1071 Ankara" project, which takes historical examples instead of living in the past, is coming to life. Ibrahim Usta, Chairman of Usta Companies Group, stated that they built the project with great care by going beyond the standards in the sector. "We have used historical Turkish names for all our constructions and continue to do so. We live in the Republic of Turkey, and naturally, we need to pass on our history to future generations. President Erdogan once made a statement saying 'Have you run out of Turkish names and now using foreign ones?' We carry out our projects with these thoughts in mind," said Ibrahim Usta, mentioning examples such as "Alperen Residences" in Beştepe, "1071 Panorama Houses" in Dikmen, and "1071 Çankaya" in Çankaya.
